TEVA GBS has been set up with an objective to be an extended arm of business providing seamless uniform service delivery model for customer-focused service delivery of critical back-end business services and becoming a world class service provider which will enable Finance, IT and operational process transformation.

Developing and deploying uniform service delivery model and transforming relevant functional activities to provide consistent, standardized and streamlined services is at the core of the GBS success roadmap. Scope can include finance, IT, HR, and procurement, as well as other functions, and can be delivered onshore or offshore.

Creating a more efficient business that makes the best use of its resources is a critical part of getting there. That’s where global business services (GBS) comes in. By simplifying the processes and bringing together process optimization and innovation, our GBS centers provide world class digital business services – (from transaction processing to accounting & control, analytics & reporting and customer service) – across every part of business process. 

TEVA has already established its own in-house business services capability in Bengaluru (India) and Zagreb (Croatia) to drive improved operational efficiencies needed for competing more effectively in an ever-increasing competitive market.
