Here are just some of the things we’ve done to help make a difference:
Teva India donated three oxygen generation plants to Government Hospitals in Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh (UP), Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh (MP), Mysuru (Karnataka) and contributed to State Government funds of UP, Goa, Maharashtra and Karnataka to support the Government in the combat against COVID-19.
Our sustainability goals aren’t just talked about – they’re acted on. To provide renewable energy to the rural community in Daranagar, Uttar Pradesh, Teva India dedicated a solar micro-grid in partnership with Transform Rural India Foundation.
Across the globe, hundreds of our people take part in the Einstein Marathon– where you can choose to participate through walking, running, or joining in virtually. In 2021, collectively, we covered an impressive 3,350 km.
Back in India, we encourage our employees to participate in runs such as Mumbai Marathon and TCS World 10K Bengaluru, allowing them to push their limits while inspiring one another.
Well-being of employees is at the core of Teva culture. We celebrate September as the Wellbeing month, organizing various activities and awareness sessions based on the four pillars of wellbeing – physical, mental, social and financial. Teva promotes an active Employee Assistance Program, as part of our welfare initiative, to provide resources and support to aid mental health and wellness of Teva India employees.
